LAPUYAN, Zamboanga del Sur (May 27,
2018) – The PNP personnel of Lapuyan MPS conducted operation against wanted
person at Sitio Behing, Datu Lumok, Poblacion, Lapuyan of this province Sunday
at about 2:00pm.
The operation resulted in the successful
arrest of the suspect identified as Romeo Z. Bayamban, 62 years old, male,
married, Jobless, resident of above-mentioned place.
The suspect was arrested by virtue of
warrant of arrest for crime of Estafa in criminal case number 14-136 issued by
Honorable Felix B. Rodriguez Jr., Acting presiding Judge of Municipal Trial
Court, 9th Judicial Region Branch 29, San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur with Bail
Bond recommended Amounting to Eighteen Thousand pesos (P18, 000).
The accused is now temporary detained
at Lapuyan MPS while waiting the court order from the issuing court for proper
disposition.
