LAPUYAN,
Zamboanga del Sur (Aug.25, 2018) – The
PNP personnel of Lapuyan Police Station, Zamboanga Del Sur PPO successfully arrested
wanted person during the conduct of police operation on wanted person (Service
of Arrest Warrant) at about 12:30 PM of August 23, 2018 at Barangay Pingalay,
Lapuyan, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The
operating team identified the arrested person as Abdula Alo Amirol @ Ando,
43, male married and resident of Purok Seashore Barangay Pingalay, Lapuyan,
Zamboanga Del Sur.
The
accused was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for violation to R.A. 7610
Child Abuse under criminal case number 18-075 issued by Hon. Ruben N Bance presiding
judge of RTC Branch 29 of San Miguel Zamboanga Del Sur with a bail bond recommended
of Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php80, 000.00) for his temporary liberty.
